Survey

Aerial Survey

Aerial surveying is the process of collecting data and information about a large area of land or terrain from an aerial perspective, typically using aircraft or drones equipped with specialized sensors and cameras.

Geospatial

Geospatial data is information that describes objects, events or other features with a location on or near the surface of the earth.

GIS = A Geographic Information System

A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer system that analyzes and displays geographically referenced information. It uses data that is attached to a unique location.

GNSS = Global navigation satellite system

Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) is a general term describing any satellite constellation that provides positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) services on a global or regional basis.

Real-time kinematic positioning (RTK) is the application of surveying to correct for common errors in current satellite navigation (GNSS) systems.

Telemetry

Telemetry is the automatic recording and transmission of data from remote or inaccessible sources to an IT system in a different location for monitoring and analysis.
